Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products with original tags and packaging intact.

How to request a return

Email us at support@gowthamikalamkari.com with your order ID and reason for return. We will arrange a reverse pickup within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned product passes quality check. Razorpay refunds are initiated automatically for eligible orders.

Non-returnable items

Sarees with fall/pico or blouse stitching done, custom orders, and products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
